Maria Biancosino Obituary

It is with great sadness that the family of Maria D. (Kowalski) Biancosino “Dolly” of Burlington, NJ announces her passing on February 5, 2026, at the age of 82. She died peacefully in her home surrounded by her family.

Born in Riverside, NJ, Dolly was preceded in death by her parents Edward and Margaret (Merlino) Kowalski of Burlington, NJ, and her loving husband of 40 years Nicholas J. Biancosino, Jr., and her brother Edward Kowalski.

She is survived by her life partner of 22 years Daniel “Mickey”Allen, and her daughters Margaret Biancosino, Donna Biancosino, Karen Biancosino (The Late Tom Guenther), and Nicole Biancosino (Brian Doyle). She was a proud grandmother to Joseph Palma, Nicholas Palma (Ericca), Alexander Alspach (Sein), Angela Palma, Reed Alspach (Zoe), Richie Walker, and Brooke Walker, and great-grandmother to Madelyn Palma, Gianna Greenfield, Senna Alspach, and Indigo Alspach. She is also survived by her brother Kenneth Kowalski, her sister-in-law Barbara Kowalski and her brother-in-law Anthony Biancosino and several nephews and nieces.

Dolly was a 1961 graduate of Burlington High School.  She enjoyed working in cosmetology and being a dedicated homemaker to her husband and four daughters.

Among Dolly’s many joys in life were spending time with her family and friends, enjoying holiday dinners, taking pleasure in the outdoors, her garden, her pool, her time at the beach, and many summers at her house on the lagoon in Mystic Island.

Dolly was a devoted Catholic and a life-long member of All Saint’s Roman Catholic Church in Burlington, NJ. She drew strength, comfort, and peace from her faith throughout her life.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Dolly’s Viewing on Thursday, February 12 from 6-8 PM and Friday, February 13 from 9:30-10:30 AM
at Page Funeral Home, 302 E. Union St., Burlington, NJ 08016. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11AM Friday, February 13 at All Saints Roman Catholic Church, 502 High St., Burlington. Burial will follow at Laurel Hill Cemetery, Jacksonville Rd., Burlington.
